We're management and leadership experts with 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, marketing and sales across a variety of industries. We've founded several businesses ourselves and also worked in corporate environments.
We typically support owner-led SMEs that are established, have some momentum, and are ready to grow. As a fractional manager or business coach, we can step in as an operational lead, special projects lead or a 'right-hand' to leaders who need support. We bring structure, follow-through, and calm oversight to the parts of the business that aren’t running as they should.
